Milestone No.1 achieved!!!

The first milestone on my running path in 2013 is achieved.  After 1,5 month of training I completed the cross-run around the same time as I did 13 years back on the same track. Not to shabby for a fat guy with only 1,5 month of running.
To cut things short, I completed a 2,07 kilometer  long track in 8 minutes and 36 seconds. I was expecting a result below 9 minutes, but to have improved the previous time from a training session for over a minute? Impressed, indeed.

So what now? Well I plan to attend on a 10 kilometre run on the 15th of June 2013 in Mozirje. I could attend the 21 kilometre run but now there is no need to prove myself any more. I already know I can do it. But I also know that I need to keep my feet healthy enough so I can keep running.

And a quick check of the last month and a half. After 6 weeks of running I have ran for over 12 hours and in that time I completed over 100 kilometres. That is not much if you are a seasoned marathon runner, but if you are like me, it is a lot, considering I am only running for a month and a half. Of course the weight is still hanging at around the same value of 100 kilograms. Do I need to starve to loose some weight?

One more thing. Today is the 11th day with no migraines. Isn't that lovely? Silently I'm hoping it's the acupuncture therapy from last year that is finally paying off. In any case, whatever the reason, I am glad it's gone for the time being.
Tako, prvi zadani cilj v moji tekaški karieri v letu 2013 je zaključen. Kros na rekreatorju Škale sem uspešno prestal in na moje presenečenje z odličnim rezultatom. "Stric", ki je meril čase, po mojem ni najbolj ažuren glede brisanja pomnilnika na dataloggerju. Primerjal je namreč moj čas včeraj, s časom, ki sem ga na isti progi pretekel 13 let nazaj :S
Kakorkoli, razdaljo 2,07 km sem pretekel v času 8 min in 36 sekund (po moji štoparici, bom pa počakal na uradne rezultate od "strica"). Tempo je bil kar dober - 4 min in 9 sekund na kilometer. Glede na to, da so moji intervalni treningi in poskusni krogi po isti progi namigovali na čas pod 9 min, si nisem niti prestavljal, da bom v 14 dneh kar za minuto izboljšal čas krosa. Zadovoljen.

Kaj sedaj? Udeležba na Mozirskem teku, 15.6.2013. Prijavil sem se za 10tko, mogoče bi mi uspelo tudi 21tko, vendar se od sedaj naprej ne mudi več za čas, zato nameravam trenirati bolj po pameti. Konec koncev, sem imel za kros malo več kot mesec časa, da iz lenuha-slamuha, ki 2 leti ni migal, sploh, naredim tekača, ki je zmožen preteči 2 km malo hitreje.

Še povzetek. V letošnjem letu, ko je za mano 6 tednov teka, sem v 12 urah teka opravil malo čez okroglih 100 kilometrov. No ja, ko gledam razne programe za maraton ali pa nadaljevalni program za nekoga, ki se malo bolj ukvarja s tekom je 100 kilometrov mala malica. Zame je pa to že kar dosežek, glede na to da v prejšnih dveh letih po mojem, nisem imel niti 50 pretečenih kilometrov. Teža pa sledi načelu, če ti paše ne spreminjaj. Kar noče in noče dol :S

Aha še nekaj. Sedaj teče 11 dan odkar sem nazadnje imel migrenski napad. Ne vem ali je lanska  kura z akupunkturo pomagala, ali pa še nisem dovolj obremenjeval telesan na tekih, ampak se mi pa dopade zadeva in upam da bo čim dlej zdržala.

The shock.... and pain

This week I decided that instead of doing those  hard uphill intervals I will rather do intervals on a flat ground with 4 min fast pace (approx. 1 km) and then 3 min of slow pace. Yeah, 4 min per kilometer  Dream on. And even though I finished the training, it was only after the session that I noticed the pain. In my left knee just under the plate, on my inner side of my lower legs, mainly on the right leg. Obviously I am not ready for that kind of workout. First things first, get my legs used to running, then we will increase speed and length.

And if the pain wasn't enough I got the news that the race I'm preparing for is not in 2-3 weeks from now but this Saturday. In the same week that I did the hardest workout yet. Oh yeah!

So today, to relax a bit, I went for a short jog. And it was really short. Only 3,9 km with a pace of around 7 min/km. I know I should do my relaxation runs slower but I just can't. Only way to go slower is to walk. And why don't you walk, you'll ask? Because I went running! Anyway, I hope my legs will stop with the pain till Saturday so I can do my run of 2 km in a pace of around 4,5 min/km. To think, that 10 years back I ran 2,7 km in a time of 7 minutes and 38 seconds. Maybe I'll repeat the time someday in the future. Not this Saturday though.

Oh, and I did manage to stay awake on Monday during the heart rate measurement. My lowest resting heart rate is 46 beats per minute. And my new VO2max is 46. Now I know that the only reliable measurement of VO2max is done in a laboratory, but it's still a pretty good estimate of where my fit level is. 
Ja po nedelji pa pride ponedeljek a ne. Ta teden sem se odločil, da ne bom delal intervalov v hrib temveč bom poskusil intervale po primeru opisanem na strani  tek.si. Delal sem 5 x po približno 1 km. Se pravi časovno nekje 4 min? Ha, optimist. Sicer sem zadevo izpeljal do konca in na koncu naredil še krajši iztek, tako da sem naredil blizu 8 km, ampak po teku sem šele začutil stvari. Bolečina pod "skledčko" na levem kolenu, bolečine ob notranji strani goleni, predvsem na desni strani. Nisem še za tak trening! Najprej moram noge navadit, da spet "laufajo".

In naslednji dan izvem, da "tekma" za katero se pripravljam ne bo čez "2. do 3. teden v maju" ampak ta vikend. Jaz pa naredil enega najtežjih intervalov v moji enomesečni karieri v istem tednu kot imam "tekmo". Ah, ja.

Da se malo zrelaksiram, sem odtekel danes krajši, 3,9 km, dolg krog, v izredno počasnem teku. Izredno počasen tek je namreč nekaj nad 7 min/km. Počasneje ne gre, ker potem na mestu stojim in grem hitreje če hodim. Zakaj potem ne hodim? Ja ker sem šel tečt, a ne? Kakorkoli že, upam, da se bodo noge poštimale do sobote, da bom lahko odtekel po planu. To je tam okoli 4,5 min/km ali hitreje za cela 2 km proge. Glede na to, da sem v rosnih letih (10 let nazaj) 2,7 km pretekel v 7 min in 38 sekundah, imam še rezervo in računam, da jih bom nekje v prihodnosti zopet pretekel v takem času. No, pustimo času čas.

Aha, pa uspelo mi je ostati buden v ponedeljek med meritvijo srčnega utripa. Moj najnižji izmerjen srčni utrip v mirovanju je 46 utripov na minuto in zaradi tega se je spremenil tudi moj VO2max in sicer na 46. Ja, ja, saj vem, da je to samo ocena in da je za prave številke potrebno stopiti v laboratorij. Ampak okvirna ocena, kje sem kondicijsko je boljša kot ocena, ki je ni.

Recuperating?

Sunday should be, by all rights, a day off. But today it just wasn't meant to be. Almost a month has passed since I did the middle body workout. And I had to try and make it today.
I did the Tae Bo Insane Abs from Billy Blanks. And although I feel great, I am a bit worried about my performance on the interval training tomorrow. The workout does focus on the abs, like the name suggests, but legs have to work as well.

And today I finally measured my fit level that my Polar RS300x offers. I dosed off before the test finished but before I went into dreamland, I saw my pulse hanging at 50. When I woke up, I found out that my VO2 max is at level 44. Nothing spectacular, but not to shabby either. I plan to raise the VO2 max level anyway. I'll try to measure the pulse again tomorrow to confirm today's result, if I don't fall asleep during the measurement again that is.
No nedelja bi naj bil tisti ta pravi dan za počitek. Recimo če mi nikakor ne bi uspelo čez teden počivati, bi to naredil v nedeljo. No danes si nisem mogel pomagati. Že cel mesec nisem delal vaj za telo in sedaj me je prav držalo, da jih zopet poskusim.
Tae bo Insane Abs od Billy Blanksa je bila vaja, ki sem jo danes zvečer delal. Ker pri vaji ne delajo samo mišice trupa, ampak sodelujejo tudi noge, me malo skrbi kako bo jutri, ko imam planiran intervalni trening.

No danes sem si tudi izmeril "fit level", ki mi ga ponuja moja Polar RS300x ura. Nameril sem utrip okoli 50 v mirovanju in pa VO2 max 44. Ni ne vem kaj, ampak plan je, da to tako ali tako dvignem. Glede pulza pravzaprav nisem 100% saj sem zaspal nazaj takoj ko sem si začel meriti. Bom videl koliko bo pulz jutri, če mi ne bo spet uspelo zaspat :)

Nice sunny May

As I have planned, I did my interval run on Monday. It was a bit easier than the last time and I had no problems with the migraine. I have collected all the details about the runs in a Google spreadsheet. The link can be found in the navigation bar under data.

And yes, I had planned a regeneration day for Tuesday. But I was busy chasing all the kids at some kind of festival. It seems that plans are made to be changed. Well it makes sense. If you don't have a plan, it can't go the other way since there is no planned way anyway. Am I going to hear about that last sentence from my sister, oh boy. So, regeneration on Wednesday then?

No. I had attended the traditional climb on some nearby hill. Started at 10 am and came back at 4 pm. But "luckily" I got a migraine attack in the evening so I could start with my regeneration in the evening and I extended it throughout the Thursday.

And today, being rested and all, I managed to reach a new milestone in my running carrier. I ran 2 hours straight and managed to put 17 km under the belt. And based on my previous experiences I took naproxen just in case. The hunch paid off since the migraine is going away as I'm writing this. And the link if anyone is interested.

Oh, and the book I got. Still haven't read it till the end but I found a nice advice. To prevent burning out, I should monitor my heart rate. If the heart rate is higher then average by more then 10% it could show signs of burning out or exhaustion in which case I should rest. Whether I will be able to implement this thing into my daily routine, is another matter completely.
Kot po načrtu sem v ponedeljek, kljub dolgi vožnji v službi, odtekel pet ponovitev v klanec. Pa še težav z glavo ni bilo po tem. Aja, če koga zanimajo podatki o posameznih tekih, jih najde na povezavi data (navigacijska vrstica).

Jah, kot vsi plani, je tudi plan o regeneraciji in pa rahlem teku odpadel. Včasih imam občutek, da se planirane zadeve vedno obrnejo v drugo smer kot pa sem jih planiral. Kakorkoli, v torek je bilo kresovanje in seveda sem bil edini bebec, ki se je v kratkih hlačah lovil z 5-12 letniki. Toliko o regeneraciji in neobremenjevanju mišic. Vse odkar sem pred leti imel vnetje pokostnice, imam malo strahu, da bi ga spet fasal. No bomo pač naredili regeneracijo v sredo a ne. Ja pa kaj še.

V sredo je bil pa na vrsti tradicionalni vzpon na bližnji hrib. Urca, dve na vrh, potem pa še urca dve nazaj. No štartali smo ob 10.00, domov pa sem se priplazil ob 16.00. Šele zvečer je prišla na vrsto migrena in končno načrtovana regeneracija, ki sem jo potegnil tudi čez cel četrtek.

No danes, sem pa dosegel novi mejnik v moji tekaški karieri. Tekel sem celi dve uri, pri čemer sem pretekel okoli 17 km. Glede na občutke, sem preventivno vzel še en nalgesin po teku. V času pisanja (okoli polnoči) se je migrena že poslavljala. Ha, končno se izkušnje vsaj nekje poznajo. Aja pa še link če koga zanima.

Glede na knjigo in pa par člankov, planiram merjenje utripov vsaj na dan, ko imam planiran tek. Povišan srčni utrip bi naj nakazoval na pretreniranost oziroma na preutrujenost. Kakorkoli, škoditi ne more. Če mi bo pa uspelo zadevo izpeljati je pa druga zgodba.

First period of laziness

Laziness. What would I do without it? What would I be without it? Not that everything is going fine with it.
I was planning to go on a short run on  Wednesday but the migraine took care of that. I must admit that lying in bed all day with a cold pack on my forehead actually benefited me.
On Thursday I decided to go an a skipped short run. At 17.30 the heat was still there and after the run I felt really exhausted. Everything was sore. Was my body trying to send me a signal?
Runny nose, sore lungs. Yep, I caught a cold. There goes my plan again. And on top of everything I have those inter-laboratory comparison measurements on Tuesday.
Anyway, on Wednesday I got up feeling fresh and rested. Maybe even healthy, at least enough to do some running. In the evening I went out and completed a really good, fast paced circle around the lake. Well, fast according to my age and mileage  The feeling after the run was phenomenal  Those endorphins really deserve the praise. Plan? A really long run (13 km) on Friday. Despite the felling being so so I completed the run on Friday. Hmmm, some kind of aching pain under my left knee, not a good sign. And that is despite my portable acupuncture set (running shoes with holes) I took with me. And even with all those stimulants I have been adding during the run (pebbles in my running shoes) the pain persisted. I'll check on Monday if its still there. Have an uphill interval session planned. Can't wait.

Got a book from my co-worker. A written diary about a guy that went to do a marathon. Not really interesting for English readers since it's written in Slovenian language.

Considering my laziness I frankly don't know when I'll be posting next time. But I would like to go over things like, how to handle the migraine attack after the workout, where to look for help, what are the causes for it and why run at all. It's Sunday and I've done enough for today, bye.
Lenoba. Le kaj bi brez nje? Kje bi bil? Kaj bi delal? Saj ne, da mi gre slabo, ampak vseeno.
Se pravi prejšni teden sem imel planiran lažji tek v sredo. Migrena je poskrbela, da mi ni bilo treba iti. Sicer pa priznam, da mi je ležanje z obkladkom cel dan prav dobro delo.
Naslednji dan sem se odločil za krajši tek, ki sem ga prejšni dan izpustil. Ker je res bilo treba iti, sem štartal kar takoj po službi. Ob 17.30. Aja dan je bil sončen in vroč. Bi rekel, da je kljub samo šestim kilometrom to bil eden najtežjih tekov. Noge težke, vse bolelo, vročina. Poskuša telo kaj povedati?
Zamašen nos in pekoča pljuča. Čudovito, staknil sem prehlad. Spet gre plan v franže. Pa še tiste primerjalne meritve v torek.
Kakorkoli, v sredo se zbudim svež in spočit. Mogoče tudi zdrav. Zvečer štartam in odtečem res dober tempo tek. Vsaj glede na moj emšo in kilometrino. Občutek po teku fenomenalen. Plan? Jah, ni druge kot da naredim en res dolg tek v petek. Kljub slabšemu počutju, v petek predelma 13 km. Bolečina v levi nogi pod kolenom. Kljub mojemu prenosnemu setu za akupunkturo in rednemu dodajanju stimulacijskih sredstev (kamenčki v copatu) bolečina ni izginila. Bomo videli, če se bo pojavila v ponedeljek ko me čaka intervalni tek v hrib. Komaj čakam pravzaprav.

Aha, sodelavka mi je posodila knjigo "Delaj, teci, živi". Zanimivo. Ko bom prebral kaj več kot prvo stran bom pa komentiral kaj več.

Glede na to, da sem zelo len po naravi. Oziroma zelo "savinjski, gorenjski, škotski" glede porabe energije dejansko ne vem, kdaj mi bo uspelo opraviti naslednji vnos. Bi pa rad predelal stvari kot so recimo, kako obvladovati migrenski napad po teku, kje iskati pomoč in kaj bi sploh rad s tekom dosegel. Nedelja kliče, gospodov dan, pa take fore, sem tako že naredil preveč danes.

Intervals and lots of them.

As it was planned today, I completed the first true interval training in this season. As it happens, it was my 6th run this year and as such it should be a bit harder than the rest. I almost didn't make it. Right after work I took the car in for a service and after that I had to change the tyres. Had one beer when waiting for the service and got really "hammered". Thankfully, I had to change the tyres so it gave me time to process that beer. It's funny. I need to eat a lot of painkillers for them to have an effect, but I only need to drink one beer and I'm all... weird.

Anyway, I started with my training session at eight in the evening. The plan was to make five repetitions of running "quickly" uphill. According to map my run, the hill is 160 meters long with an average steepness of 20%. Now that's steep. Well for me it is :P The first repetition was o.k. The second one I started to feel my legs and lungs were starting to get soar On the third repetition I seriously thought of hanging my lungs on a nearby tree and picking them up later in the evening. And to top it all off, the smell of fresh dung was ever present in the air.
Well, the fourth and fifth repetition were way easier then the third, so I rewarded myself with a little cool off run in length of little less than 2 kilometres.

Now it's time to wait and see what will happen to my health. Throat and lungs are sore. Considering I'm running for the sixth time this year, it means that the reason for soreness can't be in not getting used to the fresh air. So I'll blame it on the high dosage of smell in the air.
About the migraine, there are no detectable signs of getting it. All is good.
Evo ga. Prvi pravi intervalni trening s poudarkom na moči. Sem mislil, da mi ne bo uspelo, glede na to, da sem po službi moral nujno peljat avto na servis in potem še menjat gume.

Heh, za informacijo. Spil sem eno pivo (barva ni pomembna :P) in sem bil cel omotičen. Zakaj, nimam tako nizke tolerance na nesteroidne antirevmatike?
No menjavanje gum je prišlo prav, da se je tisto eno pivo prebavilo in glava zbistrila.

Štartal okoli osme zvečer, plan sem imel 5 ponovitev "hitrejšega" teka v klanec. Kolikor sem gledal na map my run, je klanec dolg 160 metrov s povprečnim 20% naklonom. Strmo bi rekel. No prva ponovitev ni bila problematična, pri drugi sem že čutil pljuča, da o nogah ne govorim. Pri tretji sem pa mislil, da bom pljuča obesil za najbližno drevo in prišel kasneje po njih ko se izdihajo. Pa še ta svež zrak s pridihom sveže gnojevke postrgane z dna greznice :S
Začuda mi četrta in peta ponovitev nista delali problemov, zato sem potem naredil še krajši iztek v razdalji malo manj kot dveh kilometrov.

Zdaj pa da vidimo kako bo z zdravjem. Pljuča/grlo pečeta. Glede na to da ne tečem prvič letos ampak šestič, se bom izgovarjal na visoko koncentracijo  smradu v zraku. Če že pravijo, da te lahko "zalepne" od tega, lahko pri nižjih koncentracijah vsaj pluča pečejo kajne? No, glede migrene zaenkrat ni ne duha ne sluha o njenih "pred" simptomih.

A little update. I managed to fix this, so now the blog is going to be bilingual. Now foreign and domestic readers are welcome :) Old content is being revised. Not everything is translated as it should be, I am drunk...

Cant wait for tommorow running session.
Evo, porihtal blog še za slovenske bralce. Žal prevod na starih postih ni dobeseden, ampak sem se res trudil. Morate se zavedati, da pijača naredi svoje. Btw, jaz običajno ne pijem. Mogoče neobičajno :D

The aftermath


Well all that cooling didn't do much. When I went to bed, the migraine almost went away, only to come back with a vengeance at 5 in the morning. So 275 mg of Nalgesin (naproxen sodium) and a newly cooled hot&cold pack and voilà, migraine went away for good. But then again it's 11 in the morning, half the day went by.


I intended to post things on days when I run, and on occasion the days after, but I'm thinking that since migraines are a big part of my everyday life, I'll post about them whenever I get them.

Oh, before I forget. Part of my plan is to get myself fit. To engage socially in the running scene, especially on the http://www.tekaskiforum.net/, and to log my training and running experiences as well as my migraine condition. But about the condition some other time. Now, get moving you lazy ass!

No obkladki niso pomagali. Morda bi, pa sem potem še seveda moral odigrat League of Legends za bonus IP točke. Kakorkoli, ob petih zjutraj je migrena udarila nazaj, ali kakor bi Steven Spielberg rekel:" Migrena vrača udarec".
Vzel sem nalgesin 275 mg in upal, da bo primil (navadno ne). Ob enajstih zjutraj... em... skoraj opoldne, se zbudim s precej toplim hladilnim gelom in začuda brez glavobola. 


No, na blogu nameravam objavlati zadeve glede mojega teka. Ker pa so migrene velik del mojega življenja.  Po resnici povedano vsaj dvakrat na teden, bom pisal tudi glede teh zadev.

O, pa preden pozabim. Del mojega skrivnega plana, je da postanem zopet fit, da se začnem malo bolj udeleževat tekaške scene in da beležim moje tekaške zadeve skupaj z migrenami. No glede migrene pa kdaj drugič. Zdej se pa že zmigaj ven, saj je že poldne!!!

First!!!!!!


Ok so I fixed the post. Now there will be an English content on the left side and a Slovenian content on the right side. I honestly don't know why I'm writing bilingual but there you go.

So it's the first post on the blog. So what. And if I'm from Slovenia, why am I'm trying to write in English when it's so obvious that I'm not good at it? Well there is a plan. There is always a plan. I might even reveal it later but first I'll write what I came here to write.

This was my fourth day of running. This year. Well, in six months. I couldn't wait for it, which is weird. Most people have trouble getting up and start with it but me? No, I love running, always have. But something did push me to start again. First thing was the challenge proposed by a fellow "neighbor". And after I did some obligatory reading about running (like you can forget that) I stumbled upon another blog about a guy that someday stood up and went for a run and he never looked back. And this made me start my own blog. I said there was a plan. 

Anyway, this was my forth day of running. This year. I was so happy when I walked out the door today that even though there were some drops of rain falling from the sky, I felt like the sun was shinning on me, everyone was cheering around me and I can just slide through the air. I had this feeling for a very long time. At least till the forth kilometer (around 30 min) when I started to feel the legs, well mostly the little grains of sand in my running shoes. Why didn't I clear my shoes you ask? Well I knew it would be futile but if you want proof, here is a little picture why. 

And yes I was running mostly on a gravel road. So anyway, there was this strange smell in the air I couldn't exactly figure it out what it was until I saw that brownish black strip on the field. Yep, its time to empty that excess shit that piled through the winter. Anyway I think my fast pace on that part of  the track is the result. 

Oh right how do I put on a table of my "data". I'll figure it out eventually.

So when I was nearing the fishing cottage in Šoštanj I got hit by a wall of smell. Like the one before, you know from that cow manure. And when I circled back I saw why. There was a tractor that wasn't sure if he did the job already so just in case hell do it on the same grass one more time. Or was it the third time. Couldn't tell since the black stuff was at least 10 cm thick. Driver must have Alzheimer's or something. On my return trip I was kinda glad that I finally smelled coal. Yes the route does run along the coal stockpile. No there was lots of moisture with occasional rain so I wasn't really worried about the dust. 

So long story short. 13,4 km in 1 hour and 37 minutes. Pretty glad. Oh, did I mention that I ran with a beautiful sunset at the end. Well almost the end, in the last kilometre there was a local April shower. In 2 seconds I was soaking wet. Made it back alive though.

And here I am. Struggling to keep the migraine away. Didn't I say there was a plan. Well I'll tell you more another day, I'm going to get me a cooling pack for the head.

Do I need new running shoes?
Jah, končno mi je uspelo poštimat, da lahko pišem v obeh jezikih. Kakorkoli desni stolpec je za slovensko govoreče ljudi. Verjetno tako samo za familijo. Ne verjamem, da bi kdo drug bral tole.

Ok moj prvi blog. In? No, poskušam nekaj novega. Blog. Kdo bi si mislil?

Kakorkoli, četrti dan teka. To leto. No v zadnjih šestih mesecih.  Komaj sem čakal, da pridem iz službe in začnem tečt. Večina ljudi ima težavo začeti. S tekom. Jaz? Vedno sem imel rad tek. In nekaj me je pognalo, da sem spet začel tečt. Prva stvar, ki me je pognala, je bil majhen pik od "soseda". Druga stvar pa je bil blog od nekoga, ki ga drugače lahko najdete tudi na tekaškem forumu. Wega. Ded je car. Wega, če boš kdaj tole bral (v angleški verziji tega ni), CAR si, kapo dol! In pa hvala. 

Kakorkoli, četrti tek letos. Ker sem trenutno pijan, ne bom vse dobesedno v slovenščino dajal. Stvar je, da sem bil tako poln energije, da se mi je zdelo da lahko kar letim. Ta občutek je trajal kar en čas. Vsaj do četrtega kilometra. Takrat sem že začel čutiti noge in pa seveda... kamenčke v mojih Mizunkah. Na vprašanje, zakaj si jih nisem odstranil, glej sliko levo :).

No, ko je v moj nos udaril vonj po sveže špricani gnojnici, je moj tempo narastel na nekje 5 min in 30 sekund. 

Mimogrede, v prihodnosti planiram dodat na blog še tabelo mojih aktivnosti. Kako, zaenkrat še ne vem.

Kakorkoli, pot me je vodila do ribiške koče v Šoštanju, kjer sem se zopet srečal z vonjem po gnojevki. Tokrat je verjetno šlo za koncentrirano varijanto. A ni kakšen zakon v veljavi glede tega špricanja po zelenih površinah? 

V glavnem, pretekel sem 13,4 km v eni uri in 37 minutah. Mimogrede, na poti nazaj sem malo pred koncem videl najlepši sončni zahod. Kaj delajo endorfini a? Žal ni trajalo dolgo, saj se je dve minuti pred domom dobesedno utrgal oblak in v zadnjem kilometru sem bil moker kot.... kot.... kaj pa vem, šalca polna vode?

No sedaj po dveh urah mirovanja, pa se je začela borba z migreno. Napišem še kdaj kaj, zdaj grem po hladen (leden) obkladek za glavo. Držim pesti, da ne bo treba tablet.
